Your “Personal Best” means:

1.  Try your hardest, no matter what gets in your way.

2.  Your “Personal Best” may be different from somebody else’s  “Personal Best”.

3.  Know what strategies work best for you and practice them every day.

4.  Be honest to yourself & know your own strengths and weaknesses.

5.  NEVER give up and be courageous enough to ask for help when you need it.
